The customer loses the down payment / deposit when you do not give effect to the reservation and then does not show up in the hotel to occupy the premises that had been assigned.
In case of delayed arrival of the date indicated in the booking, the customer is required to pay the total amount of the booked services that have been reserved.
In the event of cancellation by the customer prior to arrival are subject to the following by way of penalty clauses:
A) in case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date for the stay, the down payment / deposit will be refunded fully, charges are deducted from the reimbursement of expenses of up to € 25,00;
B) If the booking is canceled at least 15 days before the expected arrival date, the down payment / deposit can be retrieved by the client for another stay of equal or greater value to be agreed with the owner of the accommodation and enjoy within and no later than six months after notice of termination;
C) for cancellations made after 15 days prior to the arrival date, the down payment / deposit will be fully retained.
In case of no show or early departure, a penalty will be charged the full amount.
